The provision of subsea production system including Management, Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing and Testing of Subsea Completion Equipment Package including

• Subsea Drilling System
• Completion System such as Subsea Tree / Tubing Hanger
• Topside mounted Subsea Control System including MCS, HPU, JTJB
• Subsea Control Distribution System including SCM, UTA, SDU, SCM
• Subsea Production Control Umbilical
• Installation Workover Control System
• Subsea Tie-in System

What will it take to become a supplier

• O&G industry is an industry with stringent rules and regulations due to the nature of the work we do and under the watchful eyes of the industry governance bodies.
• FMC, at times, will impose additional requirement on top of industrial standards where necessary.
• In order to become a supplier to FMC, prospective supplier need to:
• Registered as legal entity with proper adhesion to financial and taxation audit requirements
• Have a Quality Management System and HSE Management System conforming to industrial and FMC standards
• Needs to comply to industrial codes such as ISO 9001, 14001 18001 and API 6A, 17D; Norsok etc. depending on the scope of supply.
• Have NDT (UT / RT) facility to support conforming to industrial requirements and, at times, additional FMC requirement.

  Definitions:

  Tier 1 - A functional unit or complete package i.e able to produce/supply ALL of the requirements.

  Tier 2 - A component or part of the package i.e able to produce/supply part or some of the requirements.
